Before You Visit
A few practical answers to help you plan your tasting, tour, or private event at the estate.
Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, but we recommend reserving a guided tasting or a cellar tour ahead of time, especially on weekends and during the harvest season. A quick call or email lets us prepare the right number of glasses and keep the experience personal.
The tour takes about an hour and a half. We walk through the winemaking area, explain how we handle the grapes from harvest to bottling, and finish with a commented tasting of three current cuvées. You will hear about the local grape varieties we grow and why organic farming shapes their character.
Yes, families are welcome. Children can join the vineyard walk and the cellar tour, and we have a small outdoor area where they can play while adults taste. We only ask that minors do not take part in the tasting portion of the visit.
Absolutely. Our cellar door shop stocks the full range of current vintages, including limited millésime editions that are not always available elsewhere. If you are unsure which bottle suits your meal, we are happy to help you choose before you buy.
We do. The estate offers a rustic, countryside setting for weddings, family gatherings, and corporate events. We can arrange a seated meal with wine pairings, a simple cocktail reception, or a custom format depending on your guest count and the season. Contact us with your date and we will outline what is possible.
If you are running more than fifteen minutes behind, give us a call and we will do our best to adjust the schedule. For guided tours, a late arrival may mean a shorter visit, so we suggest leaving a little extra travel time on your way to Couëron.
