Within two working days, we reply with available slots, the exact format, and what is included. For events, we discuss the layout and timing together.
Meet us at the cellar in Couëron. We walk you through the vats, share the story of each cuvée, and pour the current vintages for you to compare.
After the tasting, browse the limited millésimes and confidential cuvées available only at the cave. We can help you pick bottles for the table or for a gift.
We add you to our seasonal newsletter with open-house dates and new releases. No noise, just the news from the vineyard when it matters.
Many guests come back for a seasonal walk through the vines or to book a private event. We keep the calendar open and the welcome the same.
Programs & Formats
Every visit to our family vineyard can be shaped around what you want to see, taste, or learn. Below are the main formats we offer throughout the year, each with its own pace and level of detail.
A walk through the chai with one of our winemakers. You will see the tanks, the barrels, and the bottling line, and hear how we manage each vintage from press to label. The tour ends with a tasting of three current cuvées.
Duration: 1h30 · Groups up to 12
A hands-on introduction to wine tasting. We cover how to read a label, how to assess color and aroma, and how to pair our wines with local cheeses and charcuterie. Suitable for beginners and curious amateurs.
Duration: 2h · Includes 5 wines
A seasonal stroll through the rows of vines, from bud break in spring to the harvest in early autumn. We explain our organic practices, the local grape varieties, and how the soil shapes the character of each parcel.

Ways to visit the estate
Each visit is built around a different pace and level of detail. Pick the format that fits your afternoon, your curiosity, or the occasion you are celebrating.
A relaxed introduction to the domaine. You will walk through the chai, hear how we farm without synthetic inputs, and taste three current cuvées side by side.
For those who want to go further. We open older vintages, compare the same grape across two parcels, and talk about how each season changes the wine.
A slower afternoon spent outdoors. We stroll between the rows, stop at the old stone shelter, and finish with a basket of local produce matched to our wines.
Not sure which one suits you? Read about our approach to organic viticulture or contact the cellar and we will help you decide.

Thomas R.
Workshop participant
"Held our wedding reception in the vineyard and it was everything we imagined — rustic, warm, and beautifully simple. Guests still talk about the limited-edition red served at dinner."
