These terms outline the rules for booking tastings, joining vineyard walks, and purchasing wine directly from our cellar door in Couëron.
Cave de la Vigne Coueron operates a family vineyard in Loire-Atlantique. We offer guided cellar tours, introductory tasting workshops, seasonal walks through the vines, and direct sales of our organic wines. All activities are subject to availability and seasonal weather conditions.
Reservations for tastings and private events are confirmed by email. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for standard visits. For weddings and private gatherings, a separate agreement defines the deposit, final guest count, and cancellation deadlines.
Visitors are expected to follow the guide's instructions during cellar tours and vineyard walks. The terrain includes uneven paths, cellar steps, and farming equipment. Children must stay under adult supervision at all times. Please wear appropriate footwear for outdoor visits.
We take reasonable care to ensure a safe and pleasant experience. However, Cave de la Vigne Coueron is not liable for personal injury caused by a visitor's failure to follow safety guidance, nor for loss or damage to personal belongings left on the premises. Our total liability for any claim related to a visit is limited to the amount paid for that visit.
Wine is sold only to adults aged 18 and over. We may ask for identification at the cellar door. Tasting portions are measured and served responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. All sales are subject to applicable French regulations.
We may cancel or refuse a booking if a visitor behaves in a way that endangers others, damages property, or disrupts the experience for other guests. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining portion of the visit.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
