How to book your visit

From your first request to the first sip

A clear path to plan your tasting, tour the cellar, or arrange a private event at the estate. Each step is simple and direct, so you know exactly what happens next.

1

Send your request

Tell us which format you prefer: a guided cellar tour, a tasting workshop, a walk through the vines, or a private event. Mention your preferred date and the number of guests.

2

Confirm the details

We reply within two working days to confirm availability, agree on the time, and adjust the experience to your level of familiarity with wine. No prior knowledge is needed.

3

Arrive and taste

Come to the estate at the scheduled time. We handle the rest: the tour, the tasting of current cuvées, and the chance to buy directly from the cellar before you leave.

Planning a wedding or a private gathering?

We host events in the courtyard and the old cellar from May to October. Tell us your date early, as the calendar fills quickly during the summer months.

Formats for visiting, tasting, and learning about our organic wines

Every visit to Cave de la Vigne Coueron can be shaped around what you want to see and understand. Some guests come for a quick tasting, others want to walk the rows and talk about pruning. Below are the main ways to spend time with us, each with a clear focus and a practical takeaway.

Guided cellar tour

A walk through the chai where we explain how each cuvée is raised, from pressing to bottling. You will see the tanks, the barrels, and the small details that change the character of the wine. The tour ends with a tasting of three current releases.

Duration: about 1 hour

Tasting workshop

A hands-on session focused on how to read a wine: color, aroma, structure, and finish. We work with our white, rosé, and light red so you can compare local grape varieties side by side. Suitable for beginners and curious drinkers.

Duration: about 1.5 hours

Vineyard walk

A slow stroll through the parcels where we talk about organic farming, soil, and the seasonal work that shapes the grapes. You will see the cover crops, the trellising, and the way we manage each plot by hand.

Duration: about 1.5 hours

Direct sales at the cave

Our cellar door is open for tastings and purchases without a reservation. You can sample the current range, ask about vintage differences, and take home bottles that are not distributed elsewhere. Limited millésime editions are available here first.

No booking needed

Private events

The estate can host small gatherings, family celebrations, and weddings in a rustic setting. We arrange the space, the tastings, and the catering partners. The focus is on a relaxed atmosphere with the vineyard as a backdrop.

Open cellar days

Several times a year we open the estate for a full afternoon: cellar visits, guided tastings, and a chance to meet the people behind the bottles. These dates are announced in advance and are a good first introduction to the domaine.
